These terms govern the use of Simulacro ENARM, run by [Legal name pending]. By using the site you accept them.

The service

Simulacro ENARM offers practice clinical cases, mock exams and explanations to prepare for the ENARM. We are not the CIFRHS or the body that runs the exam, and we have no link with them.

Your account

You log in with your email and a code. You are responsible for what happens in your account, so do not share codes.

Payments

Prices are in Mexican pesos (MXN) and include VAT. Each package gives access for the stated period. Payment is processed by our payment provider, which also issues the receipt.

14-day refund

If your purchase does not convince you, ask for a refund within 14 days from your account's email. We refund the full amount by the same payment method, no questions asked.

Guarantee

The continuity guarantee is governed by the conditions on its page.

Permitted use

Access is personal. You may not copy, resell or publish the cases or the explanations. Licences for courses and academies are sold only under a written agreement.

Content

Study material. It does not replace clinical judgement. Every question passes two independent checks against its GPC; the named medical review is in progress. There may still be mistakes or guidelines may change; if you spot one, report it from the question itself.

Liability

We help you prepare, but your exam result depends on you. We are not liable for the decisions of the body that runs the exam.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Before any claim, write to us: almost everything gets solved that way.

Changes

We may change these terms. If the change is important, we email you before it applies.
