Who
These terms are between Simulacro ENARM (us) and you, the teacher who creates a page in the For teachers section. You accept them by ticking the box when you sign up.
Collaborator (deal B): your page and 20% of every sale
Your students buy on the site through your link. You receive 20% of every sale made with your link, after IVA and the payment fee of that sale are taken off. Example: Bank costs $990 MXN; without IVA that is $853.45 MXN, and your share is 20% of that minus the payment fee of that sale: up to $170.69 MXN. If a student is refunded, that sale no longer counts.
When we pay you
A sale counts for your payout once it is 21 days old: the student's 14-day refund window plus 7 days of margin. Every month, by day 15 at the latest, we pay the sales that passed that point, by transfer to your CLABE or by Wise.
Free Premium while you post
While you post your link at least once a month, your account has full access at no cost. We switch it on and renew it every month; a month without a post pauses it until you post again.
Deal A: your link share and seats for your course
With deal A you receive 20% of every sale with your link, the same as a collaborator, and you can also give seats to the students of your course. Seats go by a separate written agreement that sets the price per package (from $600 MXN per student, by package and volume) and how it is invoiced; without that agreement your dashboard creates no codes and nothing is invoiced to you. The Mensual pass is not sold as a seat. Each code can be redeemed until the last day of access of its package (30 September 2027). Codes not redeemed by 31 August 2027 are refunded at 50% or move to the next cycle, as you prefer.
Anchor teacher
With an anchor teacher we sign a written agreement: 50% of every sale with their link, or seats for their course at $300 MXN to $450 MXN per student depending on volume. Only the anchor teacher has exclusivity: 3 months without promoting another ENARM simulator.
Paid medical review
We pay $25 MXN for every question you review in your dashboard (approved, or reported with a note), up to 200 questions. The first 20 are part of your onboarding; the rest open once we have checked your profile. Reviews are paid once your profile has been checked, to one account per person, as credit against your seats or with your monthly payout. Reviews done without reading (dozens in a few minutes, say) are not paid.
Who does what
We run the platform, technical support, corrections and the growth of the bank. You post your link, charge your students if you sell seats and answer their content questions.
Ownership
The code, the case bank and the usage data belong to Simulacro ENARM. Your name, image and audience are yours: we use them on your page only. Neither party uses remembered items from the real exam.
Exclusivity
As a collaborator you have no exclusivity: you may recommend other simulators whenever you like, and we may work with other teachers. The only exclusivity is the anchor teacher's (3 months, under a written agreement).
Student guarantee
We honour the continuity guarantee and the 14-day refund. If a student asks you for them, pass the request on to us.
Ending
Either party can end this with 30 days' notice by email. Seats already sold stay valid until their date and we settle what is owed. We may switch off a page with false details or one that harms students.
Taxes
Each party pays its own taxes. With deal A, if the law requires you to withhold on payments abroad, you withhold and give us the certificate. As a collaborator (deal B) we issue the payment receipt and you declare the income under Mexican law.
Your data
We keep what you give us when you sign up to run your page and pay you. Your payout details are never shown in full, only the last 4 digits. Your students appear to you without names or emails.
Changes
If we change these terms we tell you by email 30 days in advance. This version is a draft.
