Privacy notice

This notice explains which personal data Simulacro ENARM processes, why, and how to exercise your rights. It is not complete yet: the legal name and the address of the party responsible are missing.

Data controller

Data we process

Your email address, your answers, results and progress, and your purchases (package, amount and date). We process no sensitive data. For visits we only keep data that does not identify you: no IP addresses in the statistics. We never receive your card details. If you apply for a place as a founding tester, also your first name, your last name, your city and your situation (recent graduate, taking it again or practising general physician).

Necessary purposes

We use your data to create your account and send your login codes, save your mocks, compute your readiness score, give you access to what you bought, and handle the guarantee and refunds.

Additional purposes

With your permission, we send you ENARM reminders and service news. You can say no at any time by writing to us; it does not affect your access. We use statistics without personal data to improve the cases. If you give us permission when you apply for your founding tester place and again when you send your opinion, we may publish it on our site with your first name, the initial of your last name, your city and the date; you can ask us to take it down at any time.

Who we share it with

With Resend, our email provider, which gets only what it needs to send your codes and our emails. We do not charge anything on the site yet; before we do, we will add the payment provider here. If a tutor referred you, they only see figures without names. We do not sell your data.

Cookies

We only use our own cookies: to keep you logged in, to remember your language and your light or dark theme (up to a year) and to know which tutor or colleague recommended the site (for 90 days). No advertising cookies.

How long we keep it

As long as you have an account. Purchase data for as long as tax law requires.

Your ARCO rights

You can ask us for Access to your data, its Rectification, its Cancellation, or Object to its use. Write to us from your account's email, say which right you want to exercise, and we reply within 20 working days at most. Contact: hola@simulacroenarm.mx.

Withdrawing your consent

You can withdraw your consent or ask us to delete your account: write to us and we stop processing your data, except what the law requires us to keep. Contact: hola@simulacroenarm.mx.
