Continuity guarantee

The ENARM is ranked: the official minimum lets you take part, but places per specialty go by score. So we do not promise 'pass or your money back'. We promise something more useful: if you do your part and are not selected, we stay with you for free.

How it works

1. You hold a package with the continuity guarantee (Complete).
2. You finished your plan in My plan before the exam: your diagnostic, every question of the bank seen at least once, and the 100-question mocks your plan sets for the last 12 weeks.
3. You sat the ENARM 2027 and were not selected.
4. You send us your results certificate within 30 days of their publication.

What you get

Your access to the same package stays free until the ENARM 2028. Write to us from your account's email with your certificate and we activate it within 5 working days. Contact

We check every request by hand against your progress record. You do not need to explain anything else.

Also: a 14-day refund

If you buy a package, whichever it is, and it does not convince you in the first 14 days, write to us and we refund the full amount you paid, no questions asked.

Why not 'pass or your money back'?

Because there are far more registrants than places: for the ENARM 2025, 66,278 doctors registered and 18,515 places were offered in the Mexican category. Places go by score, so most are not selected, and scoring above the minimum does not guarantee a place. That is why we do not promise a refund if you are not selected: we prefer to stay with you until the next exam.
